ElectricAuctions.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind. With respect to products sold on ElectricAuctions.com (including eBay sales), except as expressly stated herein, ElectricAuctions.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to ElectricAuctions.com arising from any product sold on ElectricAuctions.com shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall ElectricAuctions.com, its directors, officers, employees and representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Factory Reconditioned Merchandise
Factory-reconditioned merchandise refers to products that have been returned to the manufacturer for any number of reasons. Anytime a retail store or consumer opens a product in a box and it is not purchased, it cannot be sold as new. The item is then shipped back to the manufacturer to be "reconditioned." An item purchased by a consumer and returned for any reason--perhaps the product didn’t work or the consumer simply didn’t want it--whether it's the very next day or a month later, is sent back to the manufacturer to be "reconditioned." By law, manufacturers are required to state on the packaging that an item has been factory reconditioned. Packaging and terminology differs slightly with each manufacturer. Some items will arrive in a regular retail box with a sticker indicating that it has been reconditioned, refurbished, or factory serviced. Some items may be repackaged in a plain brown or white box. Enclosed manuals may refer to accessories (e.g., camera cases or straps) that are not included with the reconditioned product. Factory reconditioned means high quality. In fact, factory-reconditioned goods have a very low return rate (2%) because they have been checked at least twice for proper working condition and quality. The price you pay for a factory-reconditioned item is much lower than at retail. See below for ElectricAuctions.com's return policy on Reconditioned products. Factory reconditioned merchandise can be recognized by the term "Reconditioned" in the product name or description. Warranty information is stated on the product page of every reconditioned product. When you see the term "Reconditioned", you know you're in for a great deal on a fantastic product!

Return Policy
ElectricAuctions.com will not accept returns on non-defective merchandise.

For Refused Delivery Shipment the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Before returning any item, you must first contact our Customer Care department within 30 days from date of shipment of merchandise. All returns are subject to approval. No returns will be accepted without ElectricAuction.com's knowledge.

Factory reconditioned merchandise is covered by a 30-day warranty from the day the consumer receives the product. Should there be anything wrong with the product within that 30-day period, ElectricAuctions.com will replace it free of charge. No refunds will be given, only product replacements. This policy is only good for 30-days after the item has been received, after that time no refunds or replacements will be made.

Reconditioned merchandise is always clearly listed as such and is always specified as “reconditioned” on any order confirmation, if applicable. No returns on personal health, consumables (pillows, lingerie, vitamins, 48 HR Diet, etc.) or hygiene products.

Before returning any item for replacement, you must first contact our Customer Service department within 30 days from date of receipt of merchandise. This can be done via email at sales@electricauctions.com or by calling (310) 702-8244 during the hours of 9am – 5pm Pacific Time, Monday thru Friday except holidays. Customer Care will provide instructions on returning defective items. Please allow up to 12 business days after we receive your return for your replacement to be processed.

Defective Product Returns:
Should the product you purchased be defective upon receipt of shipment, you can contact our Customer Care department to arrange the return shipment and replacement of the product.

Manufacturer Rebate Policy
ElectricAuctions.com does not handle manufacturers’ rebates. Should you choose to participate in a rebate offer from a manufacturer, please use the Packing Slip enclosed with your order as proof of purchase. It is your responsibility to complete and submit the rebate form to the manufacturer before the rebate expires.

Manufacturer's Warranty
Anytime beyond 30 days from date of shipment of merchandise, no returns will be accepted by the ElectricAuctions.com. After this time, all returns, repairs and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Most products are sold with a limited manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty if available. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Manufacturer and distributor information is subject to change without notice.

Pricing Policy
All prices are subject to change without notice. In order to continually refresh your product options, we sometimes change our prices to ensure we are not carrying excess inventory.

ElectricAuctions.com is not responsible for typographical mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or an error due to a technical problem in our database or web site, ElectricAuctions.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. ElectricAuctions.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However, we always verify prices as part of our shipping procedures.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ElectricAuctions.com reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If a portion of your order is out of stock, we will notify you of the status of your back ordered item. Your credit card will only be charged for the number of products we ship to you. There will be no additional shipping charges billed to your credit card for items which ship subsequent to your initial order. The shipping charges will only equal your “Order Total” as reflected in your order confirmation. In order to protect the interests of our customers, orders placed over $200.00 (U.S.) may require additional customer verifications or information, as determined by our credit department, before we can process your order. ElectricAuctions.com is a reseller to end user customers and reserves the right to refuse orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products which ElectricAuctions.com offers for sale.

ElectricAuctions.com accepts paypal (to sales@electricauctions.com), cashier's check & money order.

Shipping Policy
Most items ship within 3 business days of payment. Shipment will be made via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS, however this shipping method will be stated in the product listing. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere internationally (including Canada).

Shipment Tracking
We will notify you via email of both your order confirmation as well as shipping confirmation within 24 hours of being processed. If you require additional order and/or shipping status information, please don't hesitate to ask our friendly Customer Care Representatives via email or by telephone. Please have your email address and order number handy so your representative can promptly look up your order for you. We provide your tracking number so you know where your product is at all times. Before contacting us RE: "Where's my package?" please check on UPS.com or FedEx.com to see the status of your item. Items dropped off by the carrier are the responsibility of the consumer - we have provided the tracking number so you will know when it will arrive, therefore we are not responsible for you receiving it. If you are afraid that a package may be stolen if it is delivered to your home during the day, please make other arrangements (i.e. ship to your work or a neighbor), so you know you will receive the package.
