SHIPPING
Can I pick
the item up?
No. Unfortunately we do not have
a storefront and ship from multiple warehouses in various cities that are not
equipped to have customers showing up to claim their items won in auctions.
I
bought two different items, can I combine the shipping costs?
No. Unfortunately we ship from
multiple warehouses, and the items you won may be coming from different locations.
Can
I get my item shipped overnight?
No. Unfortunately since we ship
through outside warehouses, we are often at the mercy of their shipping capabilities.
Is
the shipping charge negotiable?
No. Since we sometimes ship through
outside fulfillment companies, we are often are charged an additional warehousing
and fulfillment charge that we pass along to the consumer, however you'll notice
that the combined cost is often much lower than our competitors.
I
have my own FedEx/UPS account, can I just charge the shipping to it?
No. Since we sometimes ship through

I
tracked the package and the item was delivered, but I don't have it - what
am I to do?
After a package ships I provide
you with a tracking number immediately so you can follow the package's progress
and make sure you are available when it is delivered. I can only do so much.
When you place your order make sure you have it shipped to an address where
you are during the day. If you are not at an address where something can be
shipped, have your package shipped to a neighbor or a relative. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE
FOR ITEMS LEFT BY UPS OR FEDEX. I've provided enough information and suggestions
for you to get your package. If you live in a bad neighborhood, have the package
shipped elsewhere.
I
bought an Aero Bed. Are the shipping and handling fees really $30? What
if I buy two?
Yes, the shipping and handling
fees are $30. I put the shipping and handling fees in the auction description
so there are no hidden charges or questions at the end of the auction. I live
in Los Angeles and the company that handles the warehousing and shipment of
these items is in NY. Every time they touch and ship an item for me, I am charged
a handling fee along with the shipping charges, and that is per piece, so if
you buy 2 beds the shipping and handling charge is doubled. I am basically paying
for the labor that goes into packing and shipping these items as well as the
warehousing fees. I have no problem with this because this fulfillment warehouse
ships VERY FAST (check out my feedback). I usually email the tracking number
back to you the next business day...that's more efficient then amazon.com, barnesandnoble.com,
victoriassecret.com or countless other internet retailers. You'll also notice
that the bid amount plus shipping is much lower than the retail cost, so you
are still getting a great deal (remember, when you are paying retail you are
also getting charged sales tax).

What does
reconditioned mean?

Do
your AeroBeds come with covers, skirts and dust ruffles?
Unfortunately no. Since these beds
are reconditioned, not all of the original features are offered. When you buy
a bed you get the bed, the travel bag and the pump.
What
is your warranty policy?
For products that are purchased
that are "new" or "reconditioned" we offer a 30 day warranty for you to try
the product and make sure it functions properly. If the product does not work
during that time, please contact us so we can get that product returned and
ship out a new one. We do not accept "buyer's remorse" returns, so
if the product arrives and is functioning properly you can not return it. After
that 30-day period, you will have to contact the manufacturer itself and see
if they can offer you a replacement. On items sold as "closeouts" or "as is",
the items have not been tested and are sold as is. We purchased the products
as close outs and offer no warranty on them (which is why the prices on such
items are well below what they are worth). Please note: health care & beauty
products can never be returned or refunded.
My
product arrived damaged, can I get a refund?
We only offer exchanges on our
eBay sales. We will issue a return label for the damaged item and have the product
returned at no cost to you. Once that item is returned, we will ship out a replacement
item. Items offered "as is" can not be refunded or exchanged.
PAYMENTS
How can
I pay for my auction?
We can receive payments from paypal,.

Do
you accept international orders?
No. We do not ship via USPS (unless
stated), therefore we do not ship internationally (including Canada), to Hawaii
or Alaska or to PO Boxes.
Can
I make a manual credit card payment via the phone?
No. We offer payment acceptance
through several different services. All offer safe credit card transmittal via
the internet. To create an eBay account, a bidder has to use a credit card -
use Billpoint (eBay payments) to make your purchase, you've already given them
your credit card information once before.
I
sent my payment immediately, why didn't the product go out immediately?
Our orders usually ship within
72 hours of payment. Some of our shipments are from outside warehouses, to whom
we have to transmit your order. If you sent an electronic payment and did not
include an auction number with the payment, then this will delay your shipment,
as we process hundreds of transactions per day. Researching a payment by last
name or email address takes time, therefore be sure to include as much information
with your payment as possible.
You
accept cashier's checks & money orders, but you don't really promote
that - why?
Honestly cashier's checks &
money orders are a bit of a pain. They are good because I receive 100% of the
money (paypal takes a cut for their service), but 9 times out of 10 I have to
babysit the bidders that tell me they are paying via mail. YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO
GET YOUR PAYMENT TO ME! If you are sending payment to me a) send it USPS (I
am not around sometimes to accept FedEx or UPS) b) send it with delivery confirmation
(I am not responsible if something gets lost in the mail). Make sure you know
I receive your money by sending it with delivery confirmation - it's $.40! Better
yet, send your money via paypal! If you need to send a cashier's check or money

Do you leave
negative feedback?
Yes! When someone does not pay
me I get really annoyed because in order for me to reclaim my listing and closing
fees from eBay, I have to go through this long process, just to get those funds
back. This doesn't even compensate me for what was lost by having a Non-Paying
Bidder win my auction (i.e. the amount that I make on each product sold). Therefore,
I certainly do leave negative feedback.
